March has arrived.  We had a lot of fun serving cake with some school friends and celebrating Shere's birthday, one of the volunteers.  We had a lot of birthdays to celebrate.  

February 2018

The weather is getting a little warmer here in Houston, finally!  This time we brought a few friends with us, Miriam, Noam, and Shana.  Miriam played the ukulele, Noam served broccoli, and Shana was in charge of the water - and she was lead singer too. We really appreciate them coming to help us share food.

January 2018

Happy new year, everyone!  Tonight was very rainy and cold, but we survived and celebrated January birthdays.

Tras las Cortinas

I had the honor to meet with Mrs. Nubia Carvajal, editor of the Spanish language magazine "Tras las Cortinas".  Thank you very much for putting my story in the magazine.  I really appreciate it!

December 2017

The holidays are finally here and people are felling the spirit.  I hope that everybody stays warm in the cold weather.

It's finally November, the temperatures are starting to drop.  We handed out socks and some warm clothes that people gave us to give out.  Everybody was very excited to eat cake!
